The Villa
Architect designed to the highest standards, Jumali House has a fantastic location, tucked quietly away with spectacular views, yet just 3 minutes walk to Dalyan centre with riverside restaurants, bars and boat trips. The stylish white design is mirrored internally, with floors of elegant white marble, white walls with carefully placed Turkish carpets and antiques, combining the elegance of traditional design with the streamline feel of contemporary minimalism.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, all en-suite, two with double(kingsize) beds, and two with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, opening through double French doors onto the pool and garden, and one bedroom is on the first floor with private balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a bed settee, so comfortably sleeping up to 10. Fully air conditioned.

Living Area
The spacious living area and dining area on the first floor has a large balcony overlooking the pool with beautiful views – a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine watching the sun go down behind the mountains. There is a DVD player, ipod dock, safe, and the kitchen has cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc.

The Grounds and Pool
The villa is set in its own private walled garden planted with palms and fruit trees. There is a large pool which is half oval shape, 12 meters by 12 meters, and separate paddling pool with water feature. Around the pool are sunloungers and parasols,
a shower, a stone barbecue, sitting areas and chairs and a beautiful shaded gazebo for outside dining. There is also an outside kitchen area.
